Welcome to Burbuja the one and only Mexican soda shop and dessert cafe, located in sunny Santa Fe, New Mexico! We offer a wide variety of traditional mexican desserts from cakes to ice cream, as well as savory quick bites for when you’re not feeling so sweet! The highlight of our shop, our world famous soda and ice cream floats, are a fan favorite Inspired by traditional Mexican decor, and folk art, our cafe offers a vibrantly fun experience for all of our guests!

Here at Burbuja, family is everything.Our Mexican soda shop and dessert cafe was founded by Angel Gaseosa in 1999 after the passing of his beloved grandmother, Abuela Isabella. As a small child, Angel and his Abuela would enjoy traditional Mexican pastries and home made soda together. She taught him all about his culture and lots of tasty traditional recipes! He would enjoy all the different soda combinations they would create with traditional Mexican ingredients. Burbuja was created to honor Abuela Isabella’s beautiful memory.
